Our Programmes
Every programme follows the National Curriculum while providing carefully structured teaching that helps children develop secure understanding, mathematical confidence and independent problem-solving skills.
Years 3 & 4
Building strong mathematical foundations through engaging lessons that develop fluency, reasoning and confidence.
Year 5
Developing mathematical independence while preparing children for the increasing challenge of upper Key Stage 2.
Year 6
Focused preparation for SATs, strengthening confidence, improving arithmetic fluency and developing reasoning skills ready for secondary school.
Our Teaching Approach
Every lesson is carefully planned to ensure children understand, apply and retain new learning.
Understand
Children are introduced to new concepts through clear teacher modelling and discussion.
Practise
Guided activities provide opportunities to build confidence with support and immediate feedback.
Apply
Children develop fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills through carefully chosen independent tasks and mathematical challenges.
Learning in a Supportive Environment
We believe children make the greatest progress when they feel confident, encouraged and supported. Small group teaching allows every child to participate, ask questions and receive individual guidance while learning alongside their peers.
Our aim is not simply to improve mathematical ability, but to help children develop resilience, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
