Refund Policy

1. General policy

Astria Learning Studio delivers structured small group KS2 Mathematics tuition through half-term programmes. Due to the nature of small group booking and limited spaces, all places are reserved in advance and are non-refundable once a programme has started.

2. Before the programme begins

If you are unable to attend a programme and notify us before the start date, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Where possible, we may offer a transfer to an alternative programme or session, subject to availability.

3. After the programme has started

Once a programme has begun, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions, late cancellations, or non-attendance. This is because places are reserved for the full half-term block.

4. Missed sessions

Individual missed sessions cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or carried forward. This ensures consistency within small group teaching and fairness to all participants.

5. Cancellations by Astria Learning Studio

In the unlikely event that a session or programme is cancelled by Astria Learning Studio, an alternative session will be offered where possible. If this is not possible, a refund for the affected session(s) will be issued.

6. Payment processing

All payments are processed securely via Bookwhen and Stripe. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued through the original payment method.
