1. About the service


Astria Learning Studio provides structured small group KS2 Mathematics tuition for primary-aged children. Sessions are delivered in half-term programmes in a supportive, structured learning environment.

2. Bookings and payments

  • All places must be booked in advance via the online booking system

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking

  • Places are only confirmed once payment has been received

  • All bookings are for a fixed half-term programme

3. Programme structure

  • Sessions are delivered in weekly 60-minute lessons

  • Programmes run on a half-termly basis

  • Content and scheduling may vary slightly depending on term length

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • Due to limited group sizes, bookings are non-refundable once a programme has started

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred

  • If a session is cancelled by Astria Learning Studio, a replacement or alternative arrangement will be offered where possible

  • Refunds (if applicable) are at the discretion of Astria Learning Studio

5. Attendance and punctuality

  • Children are expected to attend all sessions for continuity of learning

  • Parents should ensure timely arrival and collection

  • Late arrivals may miss key instruction time

6. Behaviour expectations

  • Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund if necessary

7. Health, SEND and safeguarding information

  • Parents must provide accurate information regarding medical needs or additional learning needs at the time of booking

  • This ensures appropriate support can be provided where possible

  • Astria Learning Studio operates independently and is not affiliated with any school

8. Liability

  • Astria Learning Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions

  • Reasonable care is taken for all children during sessions, but ultimate responsibility remains with parents/guardians outside session times

9. Changes to programmes

  • Astria Learning Studio reserves the right to adjust session content, timings, or structure if required

  • Parents will be notified of any significant changes in advance where possible
