1. About the service


Astria Learning Studio provides structured small group KS2 Mathematics tuition for primary-aged children. Sessions are delivered in half-term programmes in a supportive, structured learning environment.

2. Bookings and payments

  • All places must be booked in advance via the online booking system

  • Payment is required in full at the time of booking

  • Places are only confirmed once payment has been received

  • All bookings are for a fixed half-term programme

3. Programme structure

  • Sessions are delivered in weekly 60-minute lessons

  • Programmes run on a half-termly basis

  • Content and scheduling may vary slightly depending on term length

4. Cancellations and refunds

  • Due to limited group sizes, bookings are non-refundable once a programme has started

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred

  • If a session is cancelled by Astria Learning Studio, a replacement or alternative arrangement will be offered where possible

  • Refunds (if applicable) are at the discretion of Astria Learning Studio

5. Attendance and punctuality

  • Children are expected to attend all sessions for continuity of learning

  • Parents should ensure timely arrival and collection

  • Late arrivals may miss key instruction time

6. Behaviour expectations

  • Children are expected to behave respectfully and follow instructions

  • Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the programme without refund if necessary

7. Health, SEND and safeguarding information

  • Parents must provide accurate information regarding medical needs or additional learning needs at the time of booking

  • This ensures appropriate support can be provided where possible

  • Astria Learning Studio operates independently and is not affiliated with any school

8. Liability

  • Astria Learning Studio is not responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions

  • Reasonable care is taken for all children during sessions, but ultimate responsibility remains with parents/guardians outside session times

9. Changes to programmes

  1. Astria Learning Studio reserves the right to adjust session content, timings, or structure if required

  2. Parents will be notified of any significant changes in advance where possible

10. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Astria Learning Studio may offer promotional discounts, special offers or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, the following terms apply to all promotional offers:

  • Promotional offers are valid only during the advertised promotional period.

  • Promotional offers apply only to eligible bookings as specified in the individual offer.

  • Only one promotional code or offer may be used per booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

  • Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other alternative.

  • Promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be sold or shared unless expressly permitted.

  • Astria Learning Studio reserves the right to amend, withdraw or refuse any promotional offer at any time where necessary.

  • Valid for eligible September 2026 tuition bookings only.

  • One use per family/email address.

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

  • No cash alternative is available.

  • Astria Learning Studio reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time.
